As it says any of you guys or girls a solicitor I deally specialising in employment law, or even working in a law practice that does employment law?
or any one who has experience of a good one

not looking for a "Barrack room lawyer" or any unofficial advice I am looking for a full fledged firm of solicitors to pursue an "constructive dismissal" case of a director.

If High Wycombe is near enough, I can recommend the following solicitor who ONLY deals in employment law.

Catherine Heries Smith

Speak to TWM solicitors in Guildford. One of the partners is a good friend of ours (Matt Truelove) and they have been our solicitors since we opened and have been excellent including sorting a potentially very damaging case out for us where an ex employee tried it on.

BARLOWS ROBBINS in Guildford are EMPLOYMENT LAW SPECIALISTS> You want Andrea Tishler who has helped my company and saved us many thousands of pounds over the years. Awesome company and service and they know their stuff. Mine was the same for a sales director I had who was using my time to set up his own business.

Employment law is very tricky and you need good advice.

That's who I recommended, but I didn't go much on Andrea. Thought Nick Philips was brilliant though.

Are you sorted out with this, now, dude? I recently got back in touch with a very good solicitor mate I went to law school with and she now specialises in employment law, so I thought Id mention it in case it was still going on and you wanted a breath of fresh air on it.
