    bmw clutch

    Any of you BMW boys found much advantage in after market slipper clutch for 1000rr, we,re having problems with wheel hop on corner entry after a couple of laps when adjustment,heat ,alters set up. Cheers.

  5. STM Racing Slipper Clutch For Yamaha R6 (all models from 2006 to 2017) Selling for spare parts or repair. The Primary Spring is missing & it needs a new spring pusher plate as one lug is broken off (shown in first photo). With the above parts it would be perfect for use, (parts are available individually from HM Racing). ...Or useful for spare parts if you are already running this clutch. Complete clutch new cost is circa £900, so grab a bargain! Supplied with all other parts present and in good condition and x2 secondary springs supplied.   6. Suter Dry Clutch for GSXR 750 SRAD The Suter Dry Clutch was used in the Alstare WSBK Factory Team in 1999/2000 and also later on in BSB. In comparision to the kit or factory dry clutch the Suter uses a smaller shaft diamter with smaller shaft seal, which results in less friction losses. And another good thing is, that you still can get all the wear parts directly from Suter. So this is a big advantage. Or for example the plates are identical to Kawasaki ZX7RR Suter Dry Clutch or to modern Suter Ducati dry clutches. I have also explosion view with all part numbers. You can order all wear parts from Suter (Thomas Kuhn - t.kuhn@suterracing.ch ) This Suter Dry Clutch has a fully adjustable anti-hopping-system. Here is a bit more background information: The Suter Dry Clutch was made for XR09 factory (WSBK) engines. Which is basicly the latest factory spec for srad. The XR09 Crankshaft is different to early factory crankshafts. And also different to oem and kit crankshafts. The main problem are the 2mm reduced journal diameters, which require special bearings, which are not available anymore. And the primary gear on the crankshaft is different. (you can measure it by the outside diameter) At first i talked to Suter directly if its possible to make a new primary for the Dry Clutch, but they just said its too expensive to make just a few primaries. But then we found a company which was able to do it. It took almost a year and of course it was very expensive. (So the package is a bit more expensive because of the second primary gear) But now with this second primary gear its possible to use this Dry Clutch with all factory crankshafts, with all kit crankshafts and even in the standard road engine! This Suter Dry Clutch for SRAD is even rarer than factory dry clutches. The kit contains: Dry Clutch complete Magnesium engine cover extension for push rod The cover for the oil filler is self made. I will see if i got a O-ring in the right size here, i think so. One primary gear for xr09 crankshaft One primary gear for all other crankshafts Two clutch nuts Oil pump drive gear. Its identical to kit and factory part. You can keep std oil pump, just replace the driven gear. (Its not on the pictures) I've got PDF explosion view and PDF manual from Suter. Location of the Dry Clutch is Germany. PayPal is possible (Either "as friends" or additional with the fee). Or via IBAN. Shipping to UK is 60€ with DHL (Insurance up to 3000€). UPS would also be possible, but its a bit more expensive. The price for the Dry Clutch is 2200€, which would be around 1880 GBP at the moment. I could also supply a long gearbox intake shaft with corresponding first gear (Type A, which is the longest) So you could use the other gears from std gear box and you're ready to go.   11. So as the title says, I'm going to keep hold of my ZX636 B1H if I can find myself a sigma slipper clutch for it. Anyone have one in an old box somewhere in the garage ? Its for the B1H ZX636 (2003-2004) that I'm after. Long shot I know, but thought I would ask before I go off an buy one as they are unfortunately not cheap :-( Simon
