  6. Here for sale is my Kawasaki ZX6R Superstock spec. I have used the bike over the 2017 season to race in the Bemsee MRO class and a few rounds at Thundersport and No limits. In November the bike had the following work done at Steve Jordan Motorcycles with the view that I would be racing the bike again this year, - Valve Clearance checked and Adjusted - Leak down test, engine still in good shape - Gearbox checked – perfect condition - New Chain - Oil and Filter - ECU Flash to remove restrictions and Immobiliser. - Dyno run 122bhp printout available. - Suspension was last serviced midway through 2017 season again at Steve Jordans. The bike was built for me by Russo racing at the end of the 2016 BSB season (the season they won the superstock 600 class) and currently stands at the following specification, Superstock Engine that has done 4 rounds at BSB and 2017 season at club level since last rebuild. Blank Frame purchased direct from Kawasaki (no V5 or Frame number. Engine number is present and correct.) This frame was brand new when they built the bike. Ohlins FGR177 TTX25 Gas Cartridge Forks with 9.5 Springs (not cheap!) Ohlins TTX Rear Shock with 10 Spring Re-valved Ohlins Steering Damper MWR Race Airfilter Arrow EVO2 Headers and Link pipe (60mm) Powertech Exhaust Can (98db without baffle, the bike produced 122 bhp with this setup on) Power Commander 5 with Secondary Fuel Module Dynojet Quickshift (this was added by myself, will need to be removed for superstock rules) Promach Rearsets MSS Clipons Brembo HPK Disks SBS Dual Carbon Pads HEL Braided Lines Front and Rear GB Engine Covers Silicon Water Hoses Captive Wheel Spacers R6 Throttle Tube for faster action Rain Light on Handle Bar Switch A brand new set of BB Plastics fairings (green) will be fitted. This will include new seat unit and screen. Bad Points - This is a race bike so has the associated marks/scars - Frame has a scuff on it (this was done the first thundersport round I raced the bike, damage completely cosmetic) For the bike only I am looking for £6000.00 or near offer Spares are also available with the bike subject to separate negotiation, Note spares will not be sold separately until the bike has gone. - Wets on Wheels (standard Disks.) Wheels have been carbon fibre effect dipped. - Spare Arrow Link Pipe and damaged Arrow End Can - Range of Sprockets - Dented Fuel Tank, functions perfectly, form not quite so. - Gearing Information and Wheelbase chart - Spare Throttle Bodys - Front and Rear Springs Pictures of the bike will be available on Saturday 17th afternoon. Any queries please do not hesitate to contact me on 07922697018. Bike located in Surrey, but will need ample time to arrange a viewing as it is not located at my house. Liam #81
  7. Hi Claire, First of all the best option would be to first put him through the Road Race ACU licence. Speak to Tracey at Bemsee (BMCRC) they do a brilliant rookie/novice weekend in February at brands hatch (11/12th) where they do everything required for the ACU licence, they may even be able to help with hire of one of their ninja 300's. After completing this he will have a novice ACU licence. https://www.acu.org.uk/ACU-Events/Competitor-Training-Course.aspx this link will show you a few places where you can also do the licence test with dates and contact numbers. No Limits Racing and MSV also do ACU licence assessment days so worth giving any of them a call as well. Once licence is obtained as a 13 Year old with a novice Road Race licence he will be able to race the following machines as below. -Up to 125cc Automatic Production Scooter -Up to 80cc GP specification machine Up to 125cc Production based machine -Up to 305cc single or twin cylinder 4 stroke Production machines (restricted to maximum 37hp) -Up to 390cc Single cylinder 4 stroke Production machine (restricted) Aprilia RRV450-R (Restricted) Bemsee again have a brilliant class (everyone is on Kawasaki ninja 250 / 300's) in which juniors ages 13-18 compete in. Thundersport have the Superteen class where a variety of machines can be used inline with the above restrictions. There are probably a lot more places a junior can race but the above two will give them best spread of tracks at club level. In regards to trackdays MSV tracks (Brands Hatch, Snetterton, Cadwell, Oulton Park) will be out the question as I believe you need to be over 18 for a trackday. It would be worth a phone call to No Limits Trackdays, to see what tracks they would allow you to attend. Also due to his age they may insist he has an ACU licence before they let him on track.

She has served me well and I have finished every single race on her and achieved a few podiums. I will be looking to sell after my final race weekend October 8/9th at Brands Hatch. I bought the bike in September 2014 on 7800 miles with 2no. previous owners as a mint road bike. Did a trackday soon after purchasing it and slowly started to build the bike to track/race spec over 2015. I have the V5 and all Frame/Engine numbers are correct and present. This is not a CAT A,B,C,D bike and is genuine. Current Spec Nitron R2 Rear Shock (Installed September 2015, brand new ex-display model with remote hydraulic preload adjuster) Ohlins FPK106 Front fork piston kit and fluid with Ktec Springs for my weight/riding style. 2008 R6 throttle tube (Same quick action as HRC tube) Rear Sets. These are reversible and can be run road or race shift pattern.(currently in Road shift pattern) Braided Brake hoses front and rear. DB Holders Race Clock bracket with Air intake tunnel Standard Clip ons with the tabs removed/ground off so that the angle can be adjusted. Shark Fin Chain Guard 520 Chain and Sprocket kit. Fully lock wired. Standard Headers with Catalytic converter cut out and link section welded in place, Scorpion End Can 101db without baffle 98 with baffle on static tests. It will have a Brand new set of blank white fairings put on after my final race. The side stand can easily be taken on/off as required for racing. As soon as the last race is over that weekend I put the side stand back on for easy to transport and storage. Spares, I have 2no. spare rear wheels and 1no. spare front. (all with disks etc.) The old road fairings in the blue/white scheme, some are missing and a few have marks on them. A load of old road bike bits and pieces. Sprockets 44,45,46,47 rears. (one of them will be on the bike already.) Spare Throttle Tube Exhaust Baffles Brake and Clutch Levers Spare set of Rear Sets The race/track fairings i have used for the past 1.5 years and still continue to use function over form Standard Full Exhaust System There may be a few things i have forgotten spares or spec wise as i am trying to type this straight off the top of my head. I am looking for £4000 for the bike and spares package. Any queries please do not hesitate to contact me! Edit* - (Just to add the bike will be located in Guildford,Surrey) Thanks, Liam Duffett 07922697018
