AIM SOLO GPS LAP TIMER *Used*

I'm selling my AIM Solo GPS lap timer as I have sold my race bike so I no longer have a use for it. Its got a few cosmetic marks on from when it came off during a crash at Brands, you can hardly see them though when fitted. Send me your e-mail address for pictures. Comes complete with everything you get from new (box, manual, cd, bracket, lead, plug etc). £220
  2. 2011 Kawasaki ZX10R complete ENGINE (done 7000 miles, half road/half track) It's dropped an exhaust valve and done a little bit of damage to one valve seating area. It's also taken a little knick out of the very top of the combustion camber (looks like it's above the pistol rings though).... so I'm selling it for parts or for someone to rebuild it. Collection only please due to size and weight. £550 Any questions, pictures, or to view it please message me. Thanks Ollie

He used it for the road for about 4000 miles and then turned it into a track bike. I then bought it and added lots of extra bits to it... I've done about 6 race rounds on it, and 3 trackdays. Please note - The engine in it isn't the original engine. The reason for this is... I was about to put the bike up for sale about 6 weeks ago and it suddenly dropped an exhaust valve, and as I didn't know the extent of the internal damage at the time, I bought a recently refreshed engine (August 2016) off a fellow racer and put that in. I still have the original engine which I intend on stripping and selling for parts. A very nice looking 'Performance Technical' backed clean bike. How can I get my ZX10R to turn better???

I dropped the forks through 4mm and it turns better. Now I'm going to put the forks back to normal and raise the shock length a bit. What would be the equivalent to raise it on the rear (to 4mm on front)?

I've just taken the shock off the bike!!

How can I get my ZX10R to turn better???

Where does the shim go, and what is it for exactly? I think it's just a simple case of adjusting the spring length a little (providing it's not already at full length)

How can I get my ZX10R to turn better???

No Shim that I know of. I'm running 10.0 springs in the front. Probably about 15mm of travel left on the forks. I Tried putting the forks through the yoke 4mm on Sunday... And that seemed to help, but then was a little unstable on the brakes... So wound the rear shock rebound off a bit (so it returned quicker) and that seemed to help. I think I'm gonna check the rear ride height though and jack it up a bit if I can, so that I can put the forks back down a bit to help on the braking.

Yeah I don't think it's the tyres necessarily, Using a different tyre helped indicate/confirm this problem though. I'm heading to Snetterton this weekend to try a few different geometry settings on it. See if that helps
