    Comment from one of the riders... Safety improvements cost in the region of 16k. Independent safety inspection also insisted on some resurfacing which requires the consent of the land owners - this consent cant be granted overnight and then there's the cost ? ACU aren't being very helpful either. I for one am grateful that the club have made an early decision and I'm very sure it was made with a heavy heart.

    The Aintree Motor Cycle Racing Club Regret to inform all Club members; riders and marshals and the following - Due to circumstances outside of our control, we have to cancel the Test day on 1st May 2019 The first race meeting - 11th May 2019 And The Second race meeting - 15th June 2019 With regards to the other three meetings remaining - these will be suspended until when an announcement Will be made. This Statement is issued by the Board of Directors, Aintree MCRC

  5. From what I can remember the yokes went straight in. I got a friend to make them for me, nothing really difficult, anyone with a lathe could soon knock them up
  6. Not got my zx7r now and don't recall any issues when I fitted the swing arm and forks other than slight clearance issue with I think the bottom yoke touching the rad on full lock. If I remember anything else I'll let you know!

  8. Hi Oli, 95 to 98 (f3) are interchangeable. Pre 95 (f2) forks will fit but have more basic internals and i think the caliper mounting is positioned differently because of the smaller diameter disc on the f2
