As my front Ractec warmer had worn through the material, I sent it to them to see if they could do a repair (no receipt and a couple of years old, although not seen a lot of use )
5 days later a new PAIR turned up FOC.
Very impressed with that!

Had to post to give these guys some credit
As my front Ractec warmer had worn through the material, I sent it to them to see if they could do a repair (no receipt and a couple of years old, although not seen a lot of use )
