or any one who has experience of a good one
not looking for a "Barrack room lawyer" or any unofficial advice I am looking for a full fledged firm of solicitors to pursue an "constructive dismissal" case of a director.

Employment law is very tricky and you need good advice.

BARLOWS ROBBINS in Guildford are EMPLOYMENT LAW SPECIALISTS> You want Andrea Tishler who has helped my company and saved us many thousands of pounds over the years. Awesome company and service and they know their stuff. Mine was the same for a sales director I had who was using my time to set up his own business.

That's who I recommended, but I didn't go much on Andrea. Thought Nick Philips was brilliant though.
