As it says any of you guys or girls a solicitor I deally specialising in employment law, or even working in a law practice that does employment law?
or any one who has experience of a good one
not looking for a "Barrack room lawyer" or any unofficial advice I am looking for a full fledged firm of solicitors to pursue an "constructive dismissal" case of a director.

Not that far from you Bridgette, I'm in a place called Eversley its in the countryside between Fleet and Reading on the A327 so if you know someone in Guildford thats close enough

Speak to TWM solicitors in Guildford. One of the partners is a good friend of ours (Matt Truelove) and they have been our solicitors since we opened and have been excellent including sorting a potentially very damaging case out for us where an ex employee tried it on.

Awesome company and service and they know their stuff. Mine was the same for a sales director I had who was using my time to set up his own business.

That's who I recommended, but I didn't go much on Andrea. Thought Nick Philips was brilliant though.
